This is a fundraiser connected with the cocktail competition, World class, and the entry challenge for Sweden - "Garnished with Good".

My garnished with good initiative aims to bring attention to the alarming rise of depression and mental health issues within our community. Both for hospitality workers and our guests, the need for an open and honest discussion about mental health is of the essence.

My garnish for my cocktail is the visualization that we need to help each other to be able to stand in this, truly, sometimes fucked up world. The glass that cannot stand represents the individual while the wheat pillow represents the community supporting the individual.

The aim is to normalize the conversation about mental health and break the stigma by introducing and informing the guests about the issue. Hopefully the guests being served feel more open to either talk to us, or seek out help from friends, family or professionals. The drink is also served with an information pamphlet and a QR code to this fundraiser.
