Whether you are aware of it or not we all know someone who struggle with mental health. And we as a band are no strangers to this subject either. We believe that its something we all should talk about and to spread knowledge about. Specially in these times there are a lot of people who might feel lonely and forgotten. What we want to say is that you are not alone and there's help to be found. And the best way for us to do so is to support suicide zero and their work towards preventing these tragedies.
