Turning 35 is a celebration of life, but also a time for reflection. I have lost two very dear friends to suicide, and their absence lives in me everyday and is a reminder of how vital mental health support and awareness are.

In their memory, and for everyone who struggles, I’m raising funds for Suicide Zero – an organization working to prevent suicide and offer hope.
